This flyer was created to promote a new construction community. My original plan was not to design a blue print desktop look, however the home rendering was of very poor quality.
Part of the challenge of a designer is to react to the materials I have to work with. For this project, I had to cover up the poor resolution of the drawing, which is how I came up with this blueprint design. By making the rendering appear it was still being sketched, I was able to cover up some of the flaws. After making that design decision, the work desk and extra elements starting making the flyer come to shape.
The final piece is a visually interesting design that stays true to the objective and successfully markets this property. And no one is the wiser that the drawing was barely legible in the beginning.
