This sales associate offered a service for her out of area clients that she would continually monitor their property. Occasional visits would assure the owners that the thermostat was properly set, the surrounded area was secure and just to keep an eye on an unoccupied property.
To convey her message she wanted to farm out to potential sellers with a direct mail piece that explains this service. In this design I decided to use calming colors to invoke trust as well as a clear message to catch the attention of the recipients. The demographic of the card was middle aged, so the visual had to be relatable to the audience.
The finished product came together beautifully and successfully achieved the clients goal.
