One of the more exciting projects I worked on while at Colliers International. AACRE properties was a company owned by our CEO and still was involved in commercial deals. This brochure design was still running off of an old AACRE branding and I was asked to develop a new brand look. (Pictured is 5 of the 9 pages)
The AACRE logo and colors were already established, so playing off of that I created a modern, clean and professional looking feel. This 9 page brochure promoting Metropolitan at Lakeview, a 315 unit property, needed a facelift and was the beginning of the new branding for AACRE. Working off an existing piece, I began introducing the new graphics, styles into the packet. The “tie” in the upper left corner was the staple of each page along with the green gradient, black bar and large white lettering for titles.
The finished product was exactly what a high-end property, such as Metropolitan at Lakeview, deserved and a new brand style was born.
