Project Description

This postcard for Covenant Towers in Myrtle Beach, SC was created for a colleague at Coldwell Banker Chicora Real Estate. The community is a 55+ retirement community featuring beautiful grounds, full amenities and a wonderful location.

The design choices followed the already established branding of the community but also focused on testimonials of existing residents. The overall feel is warm, elegant and met the clients requests completely. The final results were excellent for her, as she received many compliments and generated some new business.
